By accessing or using Remotejobs by pingtik, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.


1. Eligibility

To use this Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


2. User Accounts

Users may register as:

  • Employers (to post job listings)

  • Job Seekers (to search and apply for jobs)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.


3. Job Listings and Subscriptions

Employers may post job listings through subscription-based plans, including free or trial plans where applicable.

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance.

  • Listings remain active for the duration of the selected plan.

  • Once a plan expires, the job listing may be unpublished automatically.

  • Upgrading a plan cancels the current plan and activates the new one.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.


4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Taxes may apply depending on your location.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.


5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings

  • Upload unlawful, abusive, or discriminatory content

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform

  • Collect user data without authorization

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.


6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of job listings

  • Compliance with employment and labor laws

  • Conducting hiring processes independently

Remotejobs by pingtik does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or legality of candidates.


7. Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of submitted information

  • Evaluating job opportunities independently

  • Conducting due diligence before accepting employment

We are not responsible for employer actions, offers, or employment outcomes.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, logos, and software on Remotejobs by pingtik are the property of the Platform or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.


9. Reporting Violations

Users may report job listings or companies using the “Report” feature. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted service

  • Employment placement success

  • Accuracy of third-party content

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remotejobs by pingtik shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Employment disputes between users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.


12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:

  • For violation of these Terms

  • For non-payment

  • For unlawful or harmful behavior

Termination may result in removal of job listings and associated data.


13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


15. Governing Law
